Refund Policy

We want CCSworld to be worth what you pay for it. If it is not, we refund.

1. Money-back guarantee

If you sit for the USMLE Step 3 examination and do not pass, email us at ccsworldUSMLE@gmail.com with a screenshot of your official USMLE Step 3 score report showing the failing result. We will refund your CCSworld subscription in full.

CCSworld is a practice tool. It cannot guarantee any exam outcome, and this offer is a commercial money-back guarantee rather than a warranty of performance (see Terms section 3). The intent is simple. If the product did not get you across the line, you should not pay for it.

2. Other requests

If something is not right, email us at ccsworldUSMLE@gmail.com and we will work with you.

We answer refund emails within a couple of business days. If you want to talk something through before deciding, the same address works.
